If you are in violation of any of the above rules at any time, you will be required to forfeit the boat and no refund including security depositPICNIC CRUISE BOARDING TIME - 8:30 A.M. (Mon, Tue, Wed or Thurs) - RETURN TIME - In gassed and unloaded by 5 p.m. Late Fee will be strictly enforced.
SLEEPOVER CRUISE BOARDING TIME - 4 pm (Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, or Thurs) - RETURN TIME - In gassed and unloaded by Noon
Cash, Cashiers Check, Travelers Checks, Discover, VISA/MasterCard, or American Express accepted. NO PERSONAL CHECKS.
All rental fees subject to Missouri Sales Tax (.08475).
Rates do not include gasoline.
DEPOSITS: A Confirmation Deposit for one-day Picnic Cruise or one-night Sleepover Cruise of $300 per boat will be required in order to hold your reservation. Confirmation deposit will be applied against Rental Fee, Sales Tax. Confirmation Deposit will be refunded only if your reservation can be filled by another or written cancellation is received 48 hours in advance arrival date. A 10% handling fee will be charged on all refunds.
A $500.00 Cash Security-Damage/Cleaning/Gas Deposit will be required in addition to rental fee. Security deposit is to be paid in cash at time of arrival.(Damage/Cleaning/Gas Deposit is refundable upon return of boat in like condition as received and refueled with gasoline)
Late returns will be charged $100.00 per hour or any part of any hour. To avoid late charge, your boat must be refilled with gasoline and unloaded no later than 5:00 p.m. on Picnic Cruise or Noon on Sleepover Cruise .
A houseboat is a piece of equipment of which occasional mechanical failures are an unpredictable part of operation. We try to avoid mechanical problems with routine maintenance and are not responsible for loss of running time due to equipment failure, weather, illness, accidents or change in plans.
